SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

M.J. Anderson’s Loving Care, Inc. will be a start-up licensed assisted living environment in the York County area. M. J. Anderson’s Loving Care Inc. will offer “home-like” accommodations to senior citizens with self-care or mobility limitations. A dedicated and attentive staff will be available twenty-four hours each day of the week to relieve residents of; housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, mobility, transportation, and personal safety concerns. A licensed and trained professional team will lovingly provide medical supervision and individualized therapies to all residents requiring assistance. Community dining, lounging, and recreational areas will add comfortable socialization opportunities to each resident’s private or semi-private room.

OUR GOAL:

M.J. Anderson’s Loving Care Inc. assures residents’ independence with individual assistance in daily custodial activities such as; dressing, dining, personal hygiene and medication. Oral medication may be self-administered, or residents can be assisted by a staff nurse.

Activities and special programs are available for assisted living residents on a regular basis. Daily physical exercise programs will include arts and crafts classes, monthly birthday celebrations, and special treats for the holidays along with planned outings and excursions.

• Assistant Living facility (23) rooms, which will house 23-25 residents.
• Home to be equipped with: guard rails, ramps, monitored smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, individual bathrooms, social room (Parker), dining area (Kennedy).
• Social area: big screen TV, stereo equipment, and fireplace.
• Large kitchen with amenities for cooking.
• Therapy room to include bed, first aid, spa tub, treadmill, & stationary bike.
• Beauty room for barber or hairstylist.
• Beauty spa.
• Parker Terrace.
• Kennedy Terrace.
• Large business office to include area for staff meetings, Administrative Assistant and Administrator’s office.
